30-Day Return Guarantee

We stand behind every product sold on Zorexium Labs. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the receipt date to return it for a full refund.

Conditions for Returns

Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase
Product must be in original condition with all components
Original packaging and documentation must be included
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) required
Item must not show signs of abuse or misuse

Return Process

1. Contact the seller or Zorexium Labs support within 30 days

2. Receive a return authorization (RMA) number

3. Ship the item back with the RMA number clearly labeled

4. Item is inspected upon receipt

5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Details

Refunds include the product purchase price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or not as described.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and replace the item at no cost. Full refunds are also available if replacement is not possible.

Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked)

Special Orders

Special orders and custom-built systems have different return policies. These will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
