Seller Requirements
To maintain a high-quality marketplace, all sellers must:
- Complete identity verification and provide valid business information
- Maintain a professional seller account and storefront
- Accept and comply with our Terms of Service and marketplace policies
- Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
- Maintain accurate inventory and product information
- Ship orders promptly and use tracked shipping
Product Listings
Accurate Descriptions
Provide detailed, honest descriptions of your products. Include specifications, condition, and any defects or limitations.
Quality Images
Upload high-quality images from multiple angles. Clear photos help buyers make confident purchases and reduce returns.
Fair Pricing
Set competitive prices. We reserve the right to remove listings that are significantly overpriced.
Prohibited Items
Do not list counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items. Violators will be permanently banned.
Customer Service Standards
- Respond to messages professionally and courteously
- Honor stated shipping timelines
- Work with customers to resolve issues fairly
- Issue refunds for returns within 10 business days
- Maintain a rating above 3.5 stars on average
Prohibited Practices
The following activities will result in account suspension or permanent ban:
- Operating multiple seller accounts to bypass restrictions
- Directing customers off-platform for transactions
- Misrepresenting products or seller status
- Manipulating reviews or ratings
- Harassment or discrimination against customers
- Price gouging or unfair pricing practices
- Selling counterfeit or recalled items
Performance Metrics
We monitor the following to ensure marketplace quality:
Payment & Payouts
- 5% marketplace commission on all sales
- 2.9% + $0.30 payment processing fee
- Payments issued weekly to verified bank account
- Initial payout may take 1-2 weeks
- Suspended accounts forfeit outstanding payments
Dispute Resolution
If a buyer files a dispute:
- You'll have 7 days to respond with evidence
- Our team will review and make a determination
- Most disputes favor documented evidence (tracking, photos)
- Repeated disputes can lead to account restrictions
Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate seller accounts for:
- Violating our Terms of Service or guidelines
- Consistently poor customer service or ratings
- Non-compliance with payment or verification requirements
- Involvement in fraud or illegal activity
- Excessive disputes or chargebacks
Suspended accounts may appeal within 30 days. Terminated accounts are permanent.
